Linda has been a great inspiration to me and many where we both work. I was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2009. I was terrified, but Linda sat down and talked to me. She had already been through so much with her own issues for breast cancer. In fact, for a short time we both had chemo treatments together after work. Well, I am cancer free now, almost three years later, but Linda is still fighting her battle. Throughout all this, she has never missed a beat at work. She always has a smile on her face and a laugh in her heart. It is hard to believe how much strength she has. Nothing seems to get her down. Whenever I would be feeling down and depressed, I’d always think of all she’s going through. She is always there for others and is a great person, coworker, and friend.
