Betty has been a cancer survivor for 11 years. She was dignoised in 2001. She lived in Florida. Nine eleven hit, a year later she had a heart attack, she lost her fiancee. She was hit by two hurricanes. Which destroyed her residence. She had no one to take care of he. She had to take care of her self. She came home from the hospital to no one,all she had was her self. She couldn't even get out of bed to eat. She had doctors drop her during her treatment. She was in counseling to help her surrive. She knew she needed to pull her straps up and take care of her self. Because her family lived out of state. In October 2001,she saw( on TV) a cancer walk and called the cancer society. She was desperate. During her recovery, she had a heart attack, and two hurricanes. She lost her residence. I sent her money to relocate to AZ, because she had to use her money to evacuate from the hurricanes.. Yep! I would say she is a survivor of many circumstances. She is still cancer free
