It was August 3rd 2009 when my husband and i found out that our 9yr old little girl had a tumor in her brain. It was all a shock and all so fast, and all i could think about is why n how is this happening? So the next day they removed the tumor, all went well Thank God!, spent 2months in the children's hospital. She under went Radiation for about 4months, when she was getting ready to start chemo, the found a pocket of fluid in the brain, so she had to go back in to surgery to get a drain tube inserted in the brain. That came out in January 2010, then she got the all clear to start chemo. She started chemo in January 2010 and finished in November 2010. The whole time she was going through this had part in her life, she was so blessed by God, because she did not feel or experience any side affects that the Chemo gives. We would have not made it through this emotional time if it weren't for the strenght that God had blessed us with, and all the wonderful people that lifted my daughter up in prayer. Now my baby is a strong and healthy 11yr old that God has poured his blessings and has a hand of protection on her and has blessed her to beaten cancer. So I Thank God for all her healing and strenght he has blessed her to keep pushing forward in life!
