About two years ago our dad was diagnosed with cancer and it made us realize that you can’t control what the future holds and you have to just go with the flow. We’ve learned to cope with the thought of losing our father at any time, now that’s something that many teenagers shouldn’t have to go through. But since my dad was diagnosed, we have all become a lot closer as a family and it has made us a stronger family. My dad has never given up on anything; he’s always worked his hardest for what he wanted. He’s the strongest man I know, he’s our hero and I don’t know what we would do without him in our lives. My brother and I look up to our father and we couldn’t be more grateful that he is still here with us today. We love him with all of our hearts. Sincerely, Danelle and Tyler
