And as a been an inspiration to her fellow younger employees as she tries to show them that they have their whole life ahead of them, and that starting families or being hooked on a boy friend is not the answer. Education and seeing what life has to offer is Key to happiness. Jasmine has shown the many employees and customers that life is what you make. She greets everyone with a smile, even when her day is at its worst, May 7th 09, she was involved in a rollover accident that she was lucky enough to walk away with just stitches on her hand, but was a terrible ordeal in her mind when dad was the only person they could contact, he was in the hospital having another heart procedure. Her Business success was a Fashion magazine which she created during her senior year, inspiring young entrepreneurs to advertise their creations. She used it as her exit project. And her greatest success was starting a fundraiser to help her dad stay alive to get a mechanical Heart, when the Doctors said” consider HOSPICE” she said no!! She got the help of those employees and customers she as inspired, her fundraiser become another success. Dad got his mechanic Heart Pump, and the hospital administration came to her while dad was in surgery and asked where she had got her information. Her continued effort with the fundraiser is to take it to the next level with an online store, and helping other families, with the boost of financial help that she couldn’t find when her family had no where to turn. Her goal is to make heart awareness, as big as the Breast Cancer Awareness program.
