Everyone knows the left land on a highway is the "fast lane." Well, North Carolina may make sure it stays that way.
If you chug along and cause traffic to slow or even jam, under a proposed law, you're as bad as a speeder. A trio of state senators have introduced a bill that would slap a $200 fine on motorists who drive below the speed limit in the left lane.
