Beth & Friends & Food: June 19th

This week Jan is bringing you a super easy Tuna Salad recipe that you can easily turn into chicken or turkey salad if the family doesn't like tuna. PLUS she's got some fun ways to serve it. 

Tuna Salad

INGREDIENTS
2 cans (5oz) Albacore tuna in water, drained well
1/4 cub Marzetti Cole Slaw Dressing Lite
1/4 cup Lite Miracle Whip
1 tablespoon celery, chopped fine
2 heaping teaspoons sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons red onion, diced fine
1/2 teaspoon Lemon Pepper

DIRECTIONS
Drain the juice from the albacore tuna and place in a bowl.
Add the remainder of the ingredients and gently mixed together.
Can be used in a sandwich, on a crustini, stuffed in bell peppers or in a salad.
