Courtney and Tom Gilmour, have been foster parents for Janielle and Elijah Gilmour for nearly three years. After finding out they can legally adopt their foster children, they enlisted the help of Mickey Mouse to tell the kids the good news.
During a meet and greet with Mickey Mouse at Disney World, a cast member asked them to take a picture holding a sign. The sign read "adoption day."
