'TIGER KING' ZOO CLOSED DUE TO SUSPENDED LICENSE

Wild Animal Sanctuary In Colorado Home To Almost 40 Tigers From Wildly Popular Documentary Of Joe Exotic "Tiger King"

The zoo formerly owned by Tiger King's Joe Exotic has been permanently closed down after its license was suspended by the federal government.

In a Facebook post, current owner Jeff Lowe - another Tiger King character who took over the zoo in the series - said the Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park is permanently closed and will become a "private film set for Tiger King-related television content".

Back in May, a federal judge granted ownership of the park to Joe Exotic's rival Carole Baskin, who said she's waiting to see what happens to the Greater Wynnewood animals.
