Beth this week was joined Andrew Fritz the owner of The Glady. Andrew Fritz and Chef Bernie Kantak are the co-owners of Citizen Public House, The Gladly and Benjamin's Upstairs (a natural wine speakeasy located above Citizen) Andrew and Chef Bernie met while working at the since-closed Cowboy Ciao in Scottsdale, which is why The Gladly's most famous dish is The Original Chopped Salad, which Bernie invented at Cowboy Ciao, that's become so popular it has its own Facebook page.
