Meet Bagel!
This little guy has BEEN THROUGH IT. After being abandoned at the apartment he was living in by his owner after a move, sweet Bagel stayed loyal...waiting for his family to return. For TWO YEARS. He was there for so long that the neighbors just became used to him being around, some throwing table scraps to him and others throwing rocks at him.
Luckily for Bagel, love did return to the complex - in the form of a HARTT rescue team. He appeared just where they hoped to see him, no search necessary, and barked to alert them that he was ready to get out of this lonely place he'd been struggling to survive in. Bagel hasn't barked since.
Now this shy guy is looking for a place that will keep him safe, feed him food that isn't meant for the garbage can and love him FOREVER. And his ducky too.
