McDonalds- Order the Caesar salad withe grilled chicken and a fruit and yogurt parfait
Burger King- Order the Veggie Burger (no cheese) or the Tendergrill sandwich (no sauce)
Taco Bell-Order the Spicy Chicken Taco
Wendy's -Order the Mandarin Chicken Salad with reduced-fat ranch dressing
Arby's- Order the Arby's Chicken Breast Fikket
