Taste of the Towne is a gourmet food and wine tasting event that features some of the Valley's finest restaurants, wine & spirits, live music, and a silent auction.  This year the event moves to the hottest new location in town, the Scottsdale Waterfront.  As always, KEZ is proud to sponsor the event with 20 restaurants expected to participate, and wines provided by Trader Joe's with spirits from Hensley & Co.

Funds from the event will assist MDA is providing services to more than 2,600 Arizona families impacted by neuromuscular disease.  Services include a clinic at St. Joseph's Hospital, support groups, exams, equipment, research, and a summer camp for kids suffering from neuromuscular disease.

This year's event goal is $2 million, which equates to approximately 160,000 mammograms!  This year's race events include the 1 mile Run/Walk, Breast Cancer Survivors 5k Run, 5K Run, 5K Walk, and Sleep In for the Cure, and all events are non-competetive.  Family friendly race entertainment will feature a variety of entertainers and musical styles, including drum bands and cheerleaders.
