PINEAPPLE/WALNUT CAKE 

Mix by hand the following:

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups flour
2 eggs
2  tsp. baking soda
1 can - 20 oz.-crushed
pineapple
1 cup chopped walnuts

Bake at 350 degrees in a 9x12
ungreased pan for 40-45 minutes.

 

FROSTING

Mix well
1 cup soft
butter
2 cups powdered sugar
3 oz. soft cream cheese
and 1 tsp.
vanilla. 
Spread frosting over the cake and cover top with walnuts.
