Actress and singer Kristin Chenoweth has been hospitalized in New York after she was struck by lighting equipment on the set of TV drama "The Good Wife.
The "Glee" star required medical attention after falling and banging her head on concrete, according to reports.
An eyewitness tells TMZ.com, "A big gust of wind blew the lighting off the scaffolding (and Chenoweth was hit) square in the head... She appeared (to be) knocked out cold."
An ambulance arrived to take Chenoweth to a nearby hospital, where she was being treated for minor injuries when WENN went to press.
