Beyonce and Jay-Z just scored a beach house in the Hamptons for $400,000 - a month!
The couple coughed up the six-figure sum to rent the exclusive property for the month of August. But that's actually a bargain, considering that it's also up for sale for more than $43 million. For that price tag, you get a 60-foot pool; a two-lane bowling alley; tennis , squash, racquetball and basketball courts; and a "children's performing area" - the last of which could help jump start Blue Ivy's career.
