(WENN) - Bobby Brown has checked out of rehab after spending three weeks undergoing treatment.
The New Edition star entered a medical center earlier this month amid reports he is suffering from a drinking problem and it has now emerged his stay was part of a plea deal stemming from a DUI arrest in March.
Brown completed three weeks at the clinic and his wife, Alicia Etheridge, confirms the singer has now "graduated" from the program.
She also clears up speculation Brown left rehab earlier than expected, telling website Rumorfix.com, "No one is worried. We are all supportive and proud."
