Pertinace Barbaresco Marcarini Vineyard Piedmont Italy
Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo
Color: Deep ruby red
Bouquet: Ripe fruit, withered flowers, sweet spices and vanilla.
Palate: Persistent leather, strong and sweet tannins, well balanced.
Food Pairing: Excellent with grilled red meats and aged cheeses.
Alcohol: 14.5%
Tasting Notes: It is very much what you would expect from a quality Barbaresco in that it serves the palate with backbone and elegance. Ruby red tending to garnet on aging with a highly appealing bouquet of violets. It is dry, warm with medium intensity and interesting persistence. Its nose paradoxically provides aromas of both ripe and dried fruits. Good depth but it will benefit from another year or two in the bottle and if you have the patience to wait it can be kept to improve for 10 years. Best with game, strong cheese, Piedmontese pasta agnolotti and roasted beef and spicy meat stews. Serving Note: To enjoy this wine at it best, corked and decant at least one hour before tasting and allow to reach
room temperature.

Pertinace Barbera D’ Asti Piedmont Italy
Grape: 100% Barbera d’Alba
Vineyards: Treiso, Alba, Neviglie
Color: Deep purplish red with shades of garnet
Bouquet: Persistent fruity aroma
Palate: Generously full-bodied; dry and well structured.
Food Pairing: Best served with cold meats and cheeses. This wine also complements first courses and white meats.
Alcohol: 13.5%.
“IL” Prosecco
Grapes: 100% Prosecco DOC di Treviso
Alcohol: 10.5%
Wine Maker’s Notes: Straw-colored wine with brilliant reflections. The aroma is fruity; reminiscent of pear and citrus with a slightly floral bouquet. The wine is fresh and crisp with straightforward apple and peach flavors. This gentle-sparkling wine typifies the traditional wine-maker’s Prosecco, fermented in the Charmat method to maintain the fresh fruity quality of the Prosecco grape.
Pairing: Perfect with brunch, lunch, dinner or potato chips. Enjoy
