Sonoran Sangria
1. oz. Hornitos Reposado
.75 oz. Melon Liqueur
2 oz. Pacific Rim Dry Riesling
.75 oz. Simple Syrup
.5 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1 oz. Fresh Watermelon
1 oz. Fresh Kiwi
Top with Lemon-Lime Soda
GLASS: Tall/Collins
GARNISH: Watermelon, Kiwi & Lime Pieces
TECHNIQUE: Muddle fruit with simple. Add remaining ingredients & Roll drink. Top up with Lemon-Lime Soda, Stir and Garnish.
Berry Berry Agave
1 oz. Hornitos Anejo
.5 oz. BlackRaspberry Liqueur
3 Raspberries
1-2 Blackberries
.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz. Simple Syrup
Top with Soda Water
GLASS: Tall/Collins
GARNISH: Fresh Berries
TECHNIQUE: Muddle berries with simple. Add remaining ingredients & Roll drink. Top up with Soda water, Stir & Garnish.
White Peach
2 oz. Moscato
1 oz. Hornitos Blanco
.75 oz. White Peach Liqueur
.5 oz. White Peach Puree
.5 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1.5 oz. Peaches (pitted & sliced)
GLASS: Tall/Collins
GARNISH: Lemon Wheels & Peach Slices
TECHNIQUE: Muddle fruit with fresh juice. Add remaining ingredients & Roll drink. Fill with Sparkling Wine, Stir & Garnish.
