Rosa Regale by Banfi - paired with Dark Chocolate HazelnutTart with Milk Chocolate Cremeux.
Rosa Regale is a unique red sparkling wine. Aromatic with a hint of rose petals and raspberries, Rosa Regale is delightfully vivacious and festive. While it is appreciated as one of the few wines in the world that truly marries well with chocolate, especially dark or bittersweet, its charms extend across a palette of occasions and food pairings, from savory to sweet. On its own Rosa Regale is an elegant aperitif.

Dolce by Far Niente - paired with Tahitian Vanilla PannaCotta with Summer Melon Salad
Dolce is an extraordinary wine bred from a combination of sunshine, soil, fog, expertise and dedication; a wondrous luxury, limited by nature to always being a gift of absurd rarity.
With a classic blend of late harvest Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, Dolce is the only American winery dedicated to producing a single late harvest wine. Dolce has brought forth a wine in every vintage, yet in small, unpredictable quantities; witness to the incredible difficulties presented every year in the effort to make Dolce.
Owen Roe "The Kilmore" Pinot Noir - paired with Ensembleof Lemon Olive Oil Cake, Almond Brittle , and Crème Brulee
Their marquee wine from Oregon! This Kilmore Pinot Noir is a blend of Pommard, Wadensvil, and Dijon clone Pinot Noir from exceptional vineyard sites in the Yamhill-Carlton District. Each site has distinct ocean bottom soils, and has little summer moisture forcing low vigor and small, intesely flavored berries. The 2008 Kilmore is lush with rich fragrant violet perfume and black fruit and coffee notes on the palate. This wine is one our all time favorites.
