2005 Cabernet Sauvignon
Columbia Valley: “Our winemaking goal with the Columbia Valley Cabernet is to highlight concentrated Washington red fruit in an accessible style. This is our “everyday” Cab with plenty of complexity and structure. It’s also very versatile with food--try it with beef, pork or pasta.”
2007 Riesling
Columbia Valley: “We craft our Columbia Valley Riesling to be an inviting, refreshing, off-dry Riesling vintage after vintage. This Riesling delivers bright passion fruit, sweet lime character with subtle mineral notes. This is our “every day Riesling” that is a pleasure to drink and easy to match with a variety of foods.”
2007 Chardonnay
Columbia Valley: “The goal with the Columbia Valley Chardonnay is to make it a pleasurable, food-friendly Chardonnay. This 2007 bottling is a fresh, soft Chardonnay with bright sweet citrus fruit character with subtle spice and oak nuances. It is blended from Chardonnay grapes from vineyards all over the Columbia Valley to make this a complex, interesting wine. The sur lie aging gives it an appealing softness.”
