Trader Vic’s offer Ladies (Wahine) Night every Thursday night, starting at 4pm. The free event includes a night full of fun events including live dj entertainment from 9pm -12am and half off appetizers and signature drinks for ladies, including three new drinks featuring Kahlua that Trader Vic’s introduced during our Kahlua Party in June at The Hotel Valley Ho.

This week on the Grapevine, we are going to taste these specialty drinks created by Mixologist Jason Girard from Southern Wine and Spirits. Here are the recipies if you would like to create your own Kahlua party like Trader Vic’s!

Kahlua Kabana
2 parts kahlua french vanilla
1 part stoli
1 part cranberry juice
¼ fresh lime juice
¼ simple syrup
• Combine all ingredients in a martini shaker
• Shake well and strain into a martini glass

Kahlada Karumba
Kahlua Mocha
Pina colada mix
Pineapple juice
• Blend all ingredients with ice and serve in high ball glass

Kahlua Tropicana
2 parts kahlua
1 part sauza gold tequila
Splash triple sec
1 part passion fruit puree
• Combine with ice, shake well and serve in high ball glass
