This week's Beth & Bill Grapevine features some incredible wines from Moet-Hennessey, available at Hotel Valley Ho! Stop in and try some they are delicious!

Chandon Brut Classic
Classic balance typifies this refreshingly soft, yet dry wine. When you taste Brut Classic, look for nutty flavors with hints of brioche that build to a refreshingly dry finish. The wine delivers complex apple and pear characteristics accented by citrus spice over notes of almond and caramel in the bouquet.
Chandon Rose
Chandon Rose is exceptional in both flavor and appearance due to the addition of still Pinot Noir at tirage, a winemaking choice which defines the style. Fruit for the sparkling base wine is harvested early for delicate flavor, crispness and lower alcohol. Still wine grapes are picked at greater ripeness for intense flavor development. Adding still Pinot Noir to the base wine at tirage provides deeper color and structure to this style, differentiating it from Blanc de Noirs.
In the glass, the color is a dramatic deep pink with a blush of sunset. Intense ripe red cherry and plum fruit aromas and flavors are interwoven with apple, pear and stone fruit. On the palate, the wine is creamy and seductive, with defined structure from the addition of still Pinot Noir at tirage. The overall impression is one of bold vibrancy and impact from start to finish.
Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label
Good Champagne color; fine persistent sparkle. Complex and intense nose (apple, citrus, caramel). Dry full flavor, balanced with elegance, crispness and a lingering aftertaste (spicy touch).
Cliquot's signature brut non-vintabe is loved the world over for it's crisp, full flavors, consistent quality and celebratory yellow label. This classically-styled dry Champagne is excellent with food and as an aperitif.
