Terrunyo Sauvignon Blanc
Made from grapes grown in the eastern hillsides of the Casablanca Valley, this wine has a pronounced cold-climate character. Flavorful, aromatic, creamy, with citrus (grapefruit) on the nose. This wine offers a nice citrus peel, mineral and floral flavors, with straw and sweet pea lingering on the steely, lengthy finish with a hint of saltiness. It is an excellent specimen of a modern white wine that pairs harmoniously with the lighter flavors of contemporary cuisine.
Don Melchor Cabernet Sauvignon
Bordeaux style with currant, blueberry, espresso, and mocha notes. Very well-integrated oak with smooth tannins and great acidity. Vibrant fruit and leather on a very lengthy finish. It makes a youthful entry on the palate with layers of black fruits, mouth-filling flavors, a plush texture, with plenty of ripe tannins to hold this big wine together. The finish is long and pure.
